1. Acceptance

By downloading or using NanoSteps, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

NanoSteps is a productivity application that uses artificial intelligence to break down tasks into smaller, manageable steps. The app provides time estimates and a focus timer to help you complete tasks.

3. Free and PRO Tiers

Free tier — up to 3 AI task breakdowns per day
PRO subscription — unlimited breakdowns, photo-based task creation, and recursive step splitting

PRO subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings.

4. Subscriptions

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Account Settings on the App Store

5. AI-Generated Content

Task breakdowns are generated by AI and are provided as suggestions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated steps. Use your judgment when following the suggested plans.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: attempting to bypass usage limits, reverse-engineering the AI service, or using the app for any unlawful purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

NanoSteps is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on AI-generated content.

8. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
